On 8th October 2026, day 2-provisional result of the Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration 2026 nationwide are as follows:
- The 11,760 voters have been newly registered
- The 3,942 voters have relocated their residence into a new commune/Sangkat
- The 15,790 voters have requested for adjustment of their biographical data
- The 17,846 voters have updated their biometric data
- The 11,217 names to be removed from the voter lists.
The total result of Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration for 2 days are as follows:
- The 24,897 voters have been newly registered
- The 8,711 voters have relocated their residence into a new commune/Sangkat
- The 29,953 voters have requested for adjustment of their biographical data
- The 34,407 voters have updated their biometric data
- The 19,212 names to be removed from the voter lists.
All Citizens who have already registered to vote, but whose personal data such as name, sex, date of birth are recorded incorrectly, or who have newly obtained a valid Khmer Identity Card, those who registered to vote in 2016 and 2017 and have not been updated their biometric data (photo and fingerprints) in the voter lists, those who have reached the age of 18 or above by the date of the Election of Commune/Sangkat Councils for the 6th Mandate, 2027, born before or by 7th June 2009, or those who have relocated their residence or lodging into new commune/Sangkat, are invited to request for adjustment, update, or register to vote at Commune/Sangkat Halls or in certain villages within the commune/Sangkat according to the mobile rotation of the voter registration team.
The voter lists revision and voter registration in communes/Sangkat nationwide shall be conducted from 7th October to 30th November 2026, every day (including Saturday and Sunday), in the morning from 7:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. and in the afternoon from 2:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. During this period, the Commune/Sangkat Councils shall close Voter Registration Station to hold meetings to review work implementation with the voter registration team 4 (four) times, on 11th, 29th October and 9th, 25th November 2026.
The official voter lists 2025 are disclosed at Commune/Sangkat Halls and is uploaded on the website at voterlist.nec.gov.kh and NEC KH (Mobile App).
