On 10th October 2026, day 4-provisional result of the Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration 2026 nationwide are as follows:
- The 16,264 voters have been newly registered
- The 3,077 voters have transferred into polling stations in a new commune/Sangkat
- The 9,830 voters have requested for adjustment of their biographical data
- The 11,380 voters have updated their biometric data
- The 9,693 names to be removed from the voter lists.
The total result of Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration for 4 days are as follows:
- The 54,933 voters have been newly registered
- The 15,639 voters have transferred into polling stations in a new commune/Sangkat
- The 57,163 voters have requested for adjustment of their biographical data
- The 65,316 voters have updated their biometric data
- The 39,516 names to be removed from the voter lists.
All Citizens who have already registered to vote, but whose personal data such as name, sex, date of birth are recorded incorrectly, or who have newly obtained a valid Khmer Identity Card, those who registered to vote in 2016 and 2017 and have not been updated their biometric data (photo and fingerprints) in the voter lists, those who have reached the age of 18 or above by the date of the Election of Commune/Sangkat Councils for the 6th Mandate, 2027, born before or by 7th June 2009, or those who have relocated their residence or lodging into new commune/Sangkat, are invited to request for adjustment, update, or register to vote at Commune/Sangkat Halls or in certain villages within the commune/Sangkat according to the mobile rotation of the voter registration team.
The voter lists revision and voter registration in communes/Sangkat nationwide shall be conducted from 7th October to 30th November 2026, every day (including Saturday and Sunday), in the morning from 7:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. and in the afternoon from 2:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. During this period, the Commune/Sangkat Councils shall close Voter Registration Offices to hold meetings to review work implementation with the voter registration team 4 (four) times, on 11th, 29th October and 9th, 25th November 2026.
The official voter lists 2025 are disclosed at Commune/Sangkat Halls and is uploaded on the website at voterlist.nec.gov.kh and NEC KH (Mobile App).
