On 26th September 2026, the National Election Committee (NEC) through Provincial/Capital Election Secretariats (PES) and Communes/Sangkat Councils publicly publicize the official Voter Lists and Lists of Polling Station Locations at Communes/Sangkat offices and towns within 1,652 Communes/Sangkat nationwide for the Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration 2026. The Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration 2026 at Communes/Sangkat offices nationwide will be held from 7th October to 30th November 2026. The disclosure of the official voter lists 2025 aims to enable all citizens whose names are on the voter lists to verify their names and data and request for changes as follows:
- Adjusting data such as name, gender, and date of birth with the Voter Registration Team in case of any error in recording a long with the Khmer National Identity Card (ID) or Identification Certificate (IC) used in voter registration.
- Changing polling station in Commune/Sangkat
- Changing the voter registration document if the Khmer ID expired or the concerned individuals used IC in the past voter registration and just received a Khmer ID
- Updating biometric data (taking photo and fingerprinting) for voters who have been registered in 2016 and 2017 and have not updated the biometric data before.
Official voter lists for 2025 and list of polling station locations have also uploaded on the NEC website: voterlist.nec.gov.kh and NEC KH (Mobile App).
The NEC would like to invite all the citizens to verify their names and data in the official voter lists 2025 and invite the citizens who have reached the age of 18 or above by the election of Communes/Sangkat Councils, 6th Mandate 2027 born before or by 7th June 2009, who have not been registered to vote before and who have moved a permanent residence or a temporary residence to a new Commune/Sangkat to register to vote.
